Cat shipping, pickup, delivery and visiting
We are available to do a video call at soonest convenience to show you the kitten, however we do understand that sometimes our customers are outside of state of Washington or on the video kittens look too similar and can arrange a meeting for you to come by and visit. This is not done for small kittens but only ones that received their first dose of FVRCP vaccine which is at about 7-8 weeks old.
If you want to visit, we charge $100 per 30 mins and only up to 2 guests are allowed. If you end up reserving the kitten, the $100 will be applied to the total kitten cost.
After you have deposited/reserved a kitten, you would be able to visit your kitten only under the schedule we set forth. Please note, that we are extremely busy and reserve the right to change times and dates of visitations. When visiting, we ask to have no more than two people at one time. This is done for safety and to reduce stress to the kittens. Please remember that there are other families who would like to visit so we only limit visits to 1-2 times before kitten will go home. Please know that kittens are not toys, and we expect for kids visiting to be gentle to the kitten and respectful to our home. Visiting times are set for 30 minutes - 1 hour per visit. Please be mindful of the time you are visiting as other families might be waiting to visit their kitten on the same day.
For our out of state customers, please don't worry we do our best to send you videos and pictures of your kittens progress every 2 weeks. You are also welcome to remind us if you'd like it more often (for eg. once a week)
Shipping & Delivery
Our beautiful kittens have found their homes all across US and we have lots of experience shipping in pet cargo (where kitten would fly in their separate kennel in dedicated plane compartment just for animals). We always do necessary vet exam prior flying and choose non stop flights if possible. This option will be arranged by us and would cost $600 (Alaska airlines) and $650 (American airlines) which includes kennel in which kitten will fly, necessary vet expenditures for travel, sample of pet food, and flight ticket.
However, many of our customers chose to fly here to pick up their kitten or hire a third party service - pet nanny, to fly with their kitten in airplane cabin. Please reach out and we can recommend several nannies that we know, and worked with before. Please know, that the price for this is service collected directly from you and paid to nanny.
